SHIPPING AND RETURNS

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days from purchase date if the item is in new condition, with original packaging and stickers. Please take care to walk on carpet while considering your purchase.

We will cover the cost of return shipping, but we are not able to refund original shipping cost. 

Refund is issued upon our receipt and inspection of the returned order.

If an exchange is needed (a new size or style), please place a new order through the website.

We can not charge your card/account beyond your initial purchase and we have no access to any of your payment information.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.

We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.

SHIPPING

Please allow 24 - 48hrs to process before shipping.
Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12PM PST will begin processing that day and will ship within 2 business days.
Orders placed Monday - Friday after 12PM PST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

We prefer to ship using UPS Ground as it is the most reliable and efficient method. We do offer USPS Retail Ground shipping as it is more economic, but unfortunately we can not guarantee delivery time or dates with USPS.

R0AM can ship to Hawaii and Alaska. If USPS Retail Ground is used for these states, the transit time could take over 30 days.

R0AM does not ship internationally.

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. R0AM will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

Shipping confirmations will be updated within 36-48 hours.

R0AM does not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal holidays.

2019/20 Holiday schedule: Our offices will be closed from the 21st Dec - 2nd Jan 2020. Any orders placed during that time will be shipped out on the 2nd or 3rd Jan 2020 depending on order volume.

ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING PACKAGES
Expect two emails to be sent to the address provided when the order is placed. The first confirming that the order has been placed (incl. order confirmation number) and an additional email once the item is shipped that includes the tracking number. Use this tracking number check the status of your order online.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to make a change to your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our facility. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
