tight straps

first of all, they are beautiful!!! But I am a true 7.5 and ordered an 8. I have skinny narrow feet and I’m finding the straps to be too tight. I wore them once hoping they would stretch out but I found them to still be too tight. I think a 9 would be too big for me. I wish there was more give on the straps.

Love the look, but unfortunately not functional

This shoe is beautiful. However, the fabric under the strap rubs on the top of my foot-- It feels like a constant rug burn with each step, so sore, eventually puncturing through my skin. I wore them once and can't bring myself to wear again.

I'm so sorry this happened. We do suggest that customers try their shoes on and walk around on carpet to make sure they're a perfect fit, comfortable, etc... before wearing them outside. That way if there are any issues you can email us for a return or exchange. Unfortunately once they're worn outside we are unable to take them back. That being said you may want to try a moleskin patch for underneath the shoe on the area that's irritating you. That will definitely help. Again, my apologies that our product missed the mark for you.

Footbed too narrow

The footbed is very narrow and the sides of the footbed are elevated so they did into your foot and are not comfortable. They also feel like they do not offer a lot of support.

These are so light and airy. Feels so good on my feet.

I got these for my daughter for Christmas. She loves them! I recommend sizing up 1.5 sizes. She’s a 7.5 and I got her a 9 so she can wear with socks.

Wanted to love them more

I love the look but was really hoping that they would be as comfortable as they appeared to be for the price point. The inside is rather rigid so hoping that they will break in a bit.

They are So cute but for some reason my foot slid out of the open back when I walked. I even tried tightening the Velcro over the top. Not sure why because I have the Sherpa Birkenstocks and I don’t come out of those.

Very heavy, and not flattering

Unfortunately, these are a no for me. The bottoms are good for outside, traction and weather strong. But the slide is heavy making it hard to move in and I’m a woman size 7.

The color is great and I should have read the description in detail but thought the strap was leather— it’s not!

Once broken in, these are amazing!

This is my second pair of R0AM shoes and honestly after wearing for the first time, I didn't think these would work for me-- they were slightly uncomfortable and gave me some blisters. BUT I gave these shoes another shot and now I don't take them off- these are so comfortable and back to the R0AM standards I was hoping for, I wear these shoes all the time with any type of outfit. These fit true to size and are well worth the investment.

They are not as comfortable as I hoped. Around the big toe they give me blisters

Fortunately, I really like the shoes: the fit is great, they are very comfortable and I love the way they look. The part that I was not too thrilled about was the return policy, which was very unforgiving. I have plantar fasciitis and struggle to find shoes that don't hurt my feet. I usually have to try them out for a short period of time (indoors) before I know if they will work or not. I know this is the case for many people when ordering items online, so I am frustrated when a return policy does not allow for anything other than store credit, and only if the shoes have zero signs of being worn, even if just for a day. Again, it is fortunate that I really like the shoes, but hope that R0am can reconsider their return policy in the future.

Not great if you do a lot of walking. They are comfortable for awhile but then I got blisters on the top of both my feet in the same spot where all the pressure from the weight of the shoe seems to hit.

The denim which is so in right now is the perfect shade. Works well with anything. These heels are adorable.

Love but...

I am seriously so obsessed with this shoe! The color is perfect. The material is incredible and it's so stylish and chic. However, I find them to be fairly narrow. If I am walking or standing for too long, I noticed the sides of my feet are really sore, I don't usually wear wide sizes, but maybe it would be amazing if they could offer them

These boots are so cute, and so comfortable. It could have been disastrous, but the first time I wore these boots was on a trip to Las Vegas and I ended up walking at least 3 miles in them. Everyone I was with had hurting feet from all the walking but my feet were fine! My dog likes them, too 😂.

I really love these boots. Love that they're not the typical ugg that everyone wears. Super comfortable.

Love the look but a few issues

I love these and have received lots of compliments but have some issues. They don't slide on easily, which is a bit annoying. More importantly, the rubber sole separated from the boot after only a few wears. You can see how worn the underside of the toe is because it curves under the boot. This isn't visible when the boot is on but suggests poor quality. These have been worn less than 10 times.
I have 5 pairs of ROAM shoes. The other pairs are slides and sandals and I always size up but these ended up too big. Sadly disappointed

Fuzzy cap mule

Loved the 2 tone shearling but the sole looked a little cheap to me. Also runs a bit big in my opinion.

I've never received so many compliments on a shoe! I keep telling everyone who stops me that these are the most comfortable shoes. I can walk miles in them without feeling any discomfort. So happy I bought these and look forward to many more pairs of Roams in my future.

I love these slides! Perfect for casual roaming but also dress up nicely. I recently wore them to an education conference and received so many compliments! Sadly sub par

I wanted these to be my favorite summer sandals because they are so cute! Sadly, I’ve been really disappointed with them. The footbed itself is comfortable for standing but the stitching in the tags is so uncomfortable. Definitely not walking sandals. Plus they’re obnoxiously squeaky. The color is pretty but quite different than the photo (taupe). I have narrow, thin feet and these are so tight, they have no wiggle room at all. I had much higher hopes for them given the other reviews and the price.

I wear an 8 1/2 so I bought a nine, they don’t hug my feet very well, so I have to grip with my toes. Probably should go down a size, but I did not like this color, I would go with metallic over the matted colors.

So impressed…

So not only is the product great, I can wear them all day and have happy feet, but the customer service is out of this world. I ordered two shoes and didn’t realize one of them had different sizing even though I was ordering a 42 in both. Before ROAM even processed the order they reached out to me to make sure that I meant to do that (I did not) and if not, how could they help me make it right. They did help and I couldn’t be more impressed.

Aside from The Foldy being so fashion forward and just the cutest, I love that ROAM cares about the environment and walks the walk. I'm so happy to support a small eco conscious brand. I will definitely be buying more ROAMs.
