tight straps

first of all, they are beautiful!!! But I am a true 7.5 and ordered an 8. I have skinny narrow feet and I’m finding the straps to be too tight. I wore them once hoping they would stretch out but I found them to still be too tight. I think a 9 would be too big for me. I wish there was more give on the straps.

I love my new sandals but one of the sandals velcro is not working to well. I only wore it once and it keeps coming undo. Doesn't stick to well.

The puffy straps are wonderful but soles feel like they’re made of hard plastic and hurt my feet.

The fit is great and I love the straps. I have bunions and am able to move the straps to cover up in the area that I'm self conscious about. They are also light so don't put pressure on my feet at all.

I love the look of these crazy slippers. Mostly wear around the house but when I throw them on to grab coffee or head to Pilates they definitely draw attention. I bought my MIL the same pair in black and she loves them as well. I prefer the beige - look just like photos. Nice thick soles. Sometimes my heel slips a little to the left or right due to the lack of a back. Would love these in navy.

Sadly sub par

I wanted these to be my favorite summer sandals because they are so cute! Sadly, I’ve been really disappointed with them. The footbed itself is comfortable for standing but the stitching in the tags is so uncomfortable. Definitely not walking sandals. Plus they’re obnoxiously squeaky. The color is pretty but quite different than the photo (taupe). I have narrow, thin feet and these are so tight, they have no wiggle room at all. I had much higher hopes for them given the other reviews and the price.

So impressed…

So not only is the product great, I can wear them all day and have happy feet, but the customer service is out of this world. I ordered two shoes and didn’t realize one of them had different sizing even though I was ordering a 42 in both. Before ROAM even processed the order they reached out to me to make sure that I meant to do that (I did not) and if not, how could they help me make it right. Great shoes - solution to the issue of the back strap falling down

These shoes are very comfortable and stylish!

To the people having trouble with the back strap slipping down (I had this problem too), I found a solution. Take the shoes off and velcro them to the setting you would want them at. Then, pull the back strap up on the velcro side to the height that supports your ankles/feet. Use a few dots of super glue on the outside strap that connects to the string that goes to the middle of the shoe. I used this method a few weeks ago and the strap hasn't budged since. Also, you can't see the superglue, so I am hoping this will be a permanent solution.

Strap barely stays on.

These are super hard to walk in (as other reviewer said). The strap will come off and the top bungee cords are tight on the top of the foot. It sucks, because they are so cute.

I was so in love with my faux clouds that I bought these in hopes for same comfort. Tore up my toes first wear. Ouuccchhhh

Very disappointed

Fresh out of the box, I loved these sandals. The fit was perfect, they were very comfortable, and the folded, puffy design was exactly what I wanted. But, the first time I wore them out, it rained a little, and the rain drops permanently water marked the shoes with tiny, purplish dots. I wiped them right away, tried dawn dish soap and a cloth, and even tested fantastic on a small section. Nothing removes the spots. I bought these on Revolve, full price. Such a waste of money.

Love but strap slides off

These are so cute in person and I want them to be my favorite shoes for summer, but the reviewer that mentioned the strap sliding off in back is correct! Hard to walk in because that strap just slides off no matter how tight you make it (and the rest of my foot had deep marks/grooves from making the tight adjustment). Such a bad design flaw!

Very cute but…

These sandals are so cute and I made the decision to purchase, even at the very expensive price point. I was so disappointed when I wore them out for the first time, the back straps come off my heels when I walk and I cannot walk in them at all. They are also very heavy. I emailed customer service about exchanging for a different style and they will not accommodate because they have been worn. Super disappointed and will not be purchasing from this company in the future.
