Extremely disappointed

This purchase, and multiple communication with the company, was very disappointing. I made a request because of a physical limitation (I can’t wear heels) and they sent heels anyway, then argued that platform heels were not heels. Finally they agreed to take back the one pair but only if I mailed at my expense. Shopping ought not to be stressful. Not coming back. Other shoes were not attractive. Really bad experience all around.

We're truly sorry you're disappointed with your purchase of the blind box. The team member who curates them took your notes and spent a lot of time choosing styles based on your personal specifications. You said platforms and wedges are okay and she added a wedge style to your box. There were no heels sent. Blind boxes are final sale however we offered to make an exception and exchange the wedges for you. Yes, we did say you needed to send them back at your expense but we were going to cover the shipping cost of the replacement back to you. As a tiny company we wish we could afford to offer free shipping always, it's something we aspire to but we simply aren't there yet. We tried to accommodate as best we could. Wishing you all the best.
